As an environmental engineer employed by a multinational consulting firm, you are working closely with a Chinese client to clean up some chemical waste at an abandoned industrial site in Shanghai. You’ve designed a state-of-the-art remediation system, and estimate it has an 80% chance of reducing toxins to acceptable regulatory levels. How would you communicate this fact to the client?
